Michelin Guide 2025

We are delighted to announce that Club Gascon has been awarded a Michelin star for the twenty fourth year consecutively.  A brief word from our Chef-patron Pascal Aussignac below.

"Such a long journey..and I am so pleased to have kept the star for another year ..this cannot be possible with the wonderful team of Club Gascon who constantly support the Gascon flair I try to deliver year after year.  Of course, our customers are the stars of the show since opening in1998 and we couldn't make it without the wonderful support of our suppliers from both France and UK. 

As we all know, the food is very important but it is the service that makes the experience unforgettable.  Thank you to my team both here and across the different restaurants.  Merci à toutes et tous to give to my existence the envy to continue."
